As someone who didn't "let it bleed" for over 30 years, I just want you to know that I had to, in order for it to heal properly. And occasionally it does still tear open.

It can't be helped. I'm a human being with dual depression, anxiety and PTSD thanks in part to these things.

But I do work really hard to keep it out of my LJ, unless I feel people need to know.
